Advantages:
Fully fulfills the declared functions Heats up normally and at a normal rate.
Disadvantages:
The Chuchkheis made a diode tied not to a thermal relay, but to supply power - thus, the green light is always on, even when there is no heating. The sections, of course, are made very thin - it's hard to say how this affects the performance, but after the Soviet oil radiators this one seems to be made of foil. Time will tell
Comment:
You can take it - it's not cheap from disposable foil, but quite decent Chinese.
