Advantages:
The design is simple and straightforward, and everything is done to the best of his ability. In general, there is nothing complicated - if you carefully read the instructions and the recipe, you will be able to make good cheese on the first try. I get about 2.5 kg of cheese at a time, I form heads by half a kilo and go to the pantry - it’s very expensive to look at the stocks.
