Advantages:
Excellent coating, it does not burn well to it, dirt is washed away from it well

For me, after all, the grill pan should be made of cast iron, I understood this empirically

Overall, the frying pan is not bad, but not perfect either. I bought it for the sake of a branded tefal coating and it paid off - the pan is really unpretentious and easy to use, the sticking is minimal, but it is very easy to wash off dirt - the main thing is to wash it correctly and not damage the coating. But by experience I found out that I still like the cast-iron version of the grill pan more. I do not know what the matter is, whether it is that the heat capacity of cast iron and aluminum is different, or something else. But the good old cast-iron grill pan, which I had long before buying tefal, I like more - it somehow cooks meat, mushrooms, and vegetables more organically on it.
